Congressman Matt Rosendale visits the Fire Lab

US Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT) visited the RMRS Missoula Fire Sciences Laboratory Monday May 24. The Congressman was given a tour of the facilities, including live fire demonstrations. As part of the tour, RMRS scientists discussed the 60+-year history of research at the Fire Sciences Laboratory, and how this fundamental research contributes to meaningful operational tools and information used today by fire managers, community leaders, and the general public.
